•  CUSTOM ORDER QUEUE

The queue, or waiting list, for custom sewing orders will open every 15th of the month.  It will remain open until five paid orders have been received.  At that time the queue will close until the 15th of the next month.  Orders will be completed first come first served.  There is no limit in quantity for each order. If a customer makes more than one order in a given period, the orders will be combined and will count as one paid order for that period.

• REFUND POLICIES

Custom orders are by nature unique. It is difficult to predict if returned custom-made items will sell if restocked. Therefore, custom made items are non refundable.

•  RETURN POLICIES

1. Custom Sewing Returns: Equal or higher value exchanges may be made as long as custom made items are returned in new, unused condition. When checking for fit, please be sure to try on intimate items such as diapers and training pants over clean clothing.
2. Custom Knitting Returns: Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for custom knitting orders.

•   BULK AND WHOLESALE ORDERS 

Any custom item on the site may be purchased in bulk amounts for discount rates depending on the volume of the order.  Customers wishing to make such an order should email me to request a custom invoice.  Discount rates are as follows for bulk purchases:

All returning customers receive a discount code on their packing slip for a 10% discount on 1-5 items.

• 6-10 items = 15% discount
• 11-15 items = 20%discount
• Email me to negotiate a discount for more than 15 items.

• PAYMENT

Payments may be made securely through PayPal.  You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account.  PayPal will accept all major credit cards for payment, or you may pay using money in your PayPal account. Follow the prompts in your shopping cart to complete payment.

• SHIPPING 

Shipping is charged according to the estimated weight of your package.  If your actual shipping is more than $3.00 less than the paid amount, you will receive a refund.  If the actual shipping is more than $5.00 over the paid amount, you will receive an invoice to cover the exact overage.
